What is revision?
Revision involves examining a document from a stylistic and linguistic point of view. The copy editor (the person who revises a document) makes a careful comparison between the source content and the translated text. They monitor four main points:

- Figures and proper names: the copy editor checks that dates, figures, percentages, data and proper names correspond to the original document.
- Consistency of vocabulary: the copy editor checks that recurring terms have been translated in the same way everywhere, to ensure the overall harmony of the translation.

Stages in the revision process
Once our offer has been approved, your project will be assigned to a project manager. The translation is then carried out by specialist translators who are native speakers of the target language.
