How is this certification obtained?
The ISO 9001 standard is awarded following an external audit, renewable every three years. Every year, an intermediate check is carried out.
This standard requires the performance of internal and external audits, in order to guarantee the effectiveness of the quality management system and the organisation’s compliance.
The external audits are carried out by a qualified independent auditor, specifically trained by an international certification body. On the occasion of the first audit, which led to our certification, it was found that Swisstranslate complies with the applicable standard requirements in terms of the exchanges between employees and the processing of our customers’ requests.
